I have been hiring for many many years and still it’s a mystery to me… I pretty much not able to tell much by the interview with a person… which is sad lol… r u like me? Have you found a solution? One of things that I don’t like is that person can be completely normal acting if they work with 1-2 tickets or under supervision but if they start getting 5 tickets or more they turn into knee shaking chaotic nervous.. how to find out during hiring process you dealing with one or how to teach them to remain calm and professional?
