How to hire ppl…

I have been hiring for many many years and still it’s a mystery to me… I pretty much not able to tell much by the interview with a person… which is sad lol… r u like me? Have you found a solution? One of things that I don’t like is that person can be completely normal acting if they work with 1-2 tickets or under supervision but if they start getting 5 tickets or more they turn into knee shaking chaotic nervous.. how to find out during hiring process you dealing with one or how to teach them to remain calm and professional?
 
ok ill try answering my own question here... i ll look at persons car (if applying for a delivery driver position) and if its filthy then its a sign lol...
at interview ill ask what was the longest applicant ever help a position at the same company.. if never over few years - its a no...
ill ask what was the last time he worked at the kitchen... its he worked kast ew years elsewhere... its a negative sign
if applicant lives kinda far - those never last...
i heard an advise to ask them what they are passionate about... doesnt matter what it is ... person who is passionate about something is worthy...
i ll look at appearance at the interview....

It's so tough to gauge how someone will handle stress just from an interview. One thing that’s helped me is giving candidates a practical test or simulation during the hiring process. For example, you could create a scenario where they have to juggle multiple tasks or 'tickets' in a set amount of time and see how they handle it. It doesn’t have to be overly complicated, just enough to observe their approach under pressure. As for teaching them to stay calm, regular training and gradually increasing their workload can help build confidence and resilience. It’s not foolproof, but it’s worked for me!"
