Is there anyone on here from MI that is an employer with 10 or less employees & that has a few part timers ? I am reading over & over & over again these new regulations that we must abide by starting Oct 1 2025. 'Im kind of understanding some of these new rules, but I need to come up with a written document to put into the handbook on how this all is going to play out. UGH.....A lot of this lingo is lawyer written words, its like trying to read a credit card agreement contract LOL... If you want a copy of this law I have attached it
