here too, also hand wash sinks and 1 mop sink plus three dish sink
 
Ditto, ditto, ditto.
And an engineer to prove the makeup air was balanced with the hood.
And floor drains.
And FRP on the walls in any wet (sink) areas.
And coved base for the floor.
Get all those requirements from all concerned agencies!

We did a lay out for you, you will be short of storage space but that is common in pizza shops.

Not all of the suggestions have been incorporated, if you will let us know which you want incorporated into the plan we can do that.
