It turns out that you can comfortably load ninety+ (90) 16" pizzas into a grand Cherokee and have a passenger in the front seat. It gets REALLY warm and humid driving, but there you have it.
Had our largest catering gig to date . . . .84 pizzas delivered and served at a fundraiser at a middle school. It was a blast getting paid to market ourselves to a new segment. It wasn’t what I’d call our A+ pizzas you get fresh out of the oven . . . but with our portable propane iven, we could serve you hot, crispy pizzas every 5 minutes. The old Blodgett 981 is perfrectly suited for this concept.
