Pizza Cube

I’ve seen some buzz around the XPizza Cube recently! It’s definitely a game changer for pizzerias looking to streamline production. The fact that it can make 100-300 pizzas per hour is impressive especially considering how compact it is. I haven't seen it in action myself but it looks like it could really help with consistency and speed, especially during peak hours. Curious to know how well it handles different pizza sizes and customizations, though. Has anyone tried one yet? Would love to hear more about how it performs in a real-world setting!

We were in the forefront when they launched. PMQ touts them in the advertising because one of the owner/developers used to own Dodo's Pizza and has had a bunch of publicity through them.

That said, we signed a contract for a subscription service of $500/month for 3 or 5 years, I can't remember exactly. It was supposed to be for 1 working unit and 1 backup unit. We were kept in the loop the whole way until rollout was supposed to happen. It was supposed to be February of 2022 I believe. Month by month went by. I kept following up and they said it would be within 2 weeks each time.

Eventually, they decided to contact all of their pre-order customers and tell them they were changing the pricing structure to a one time fee of 60k and then (if I remember correctly) $250 per month for SAAS.

Couldn't justify the cost for the output.

Then we looked at picnic pizza robot. They were an even worse experience.

Skip the robots, they aren't worth it, yet.
