Point of Success versus Paradise

After reading lots of your reviews I have been looking into Point of Success. I’ve been leaning towards Paradise.
With some recent issues with getting questions answered from Paradise I’m leaning more towards Point of Success.
Has anyone here dealt with Paradise POS?

Point of Success question, I have is they use verifone credit card machines.
I have used a system that has a customer facing mini ipad that customers slide their own card into and the screen pops up with tip options. This has drastically increased tips and I really don’t want to get rid of this option.
Is there anyway with Point of Success to implement something like this?
