Im at my wits end. I have 3 Epson T88 thermal printers.
-Master printer- this printer produces the ticket that the expo person uses to tape the slip to a completed pickup order, or they put this slip in the delivery bag for delivery orders.
-Reciept printer- this printer pops the cash drawer, and does credit card slips.
-Sub printer- this printer produces slips for our subs, we use these to label our subs, we slide the slip under the rubber band of the wrapped sub
This is the issue... the slips used to CHAIN. Meaning if multiple slips were printed , they would all be connected to each other by a little un cut corner of the slip. Now suddenly all my printers are cutting the slips completely. Its causing issues. Slips are falling behind the printer, they arent easily kept in numerical order, slips are falling out of the printer on the floor. Ive tried doing the slide the front cover off and make sure the white triangle is centered in the hole, but it didnt do anything. The slips keep getting cut completely.
My POS (Microworks) assures me everything is normal but its not. The slips are supposed to chain. Im thinking its some kind of printer logic on thier end causing this.
Has anyone else had this issue??
