Salad Prep Table

Hi All!

Our 48" True salad prep table stopped working today. We’re looking at upgrading to a 72" since we’ve recently added sandwiches and wraps. The extra room would be so welcome. I didn’t realize how expensive they are. Looking around for used ones on ebay. If you come across one, I’d appreciate a shout out. Btw, what brands are you guys using?

I have always use the True units as well, and so far I have had excellent luck with them. Take a look at their MegaTop tables, they might really help you with space if you are putting salads, wraps, and sandwiches in the same table. Good luck!

They are even more money, but getting one with drawers will yield you so much more “workable” storage for prep.
