2 Edge 60 ovens we get a 14" pizza every 30 seconds at full capacity. With my style of pizza I like a slower cook time. I believe about 6 16" pies. We run two ovens. Oven can hold about 10 16" pies side by side from beginning conveyor to end of conveyoryea but how many fit in the bake chamber at once
