Anyone using this? I like the fact that solves the "upcharge" issue since you set the prices as if a customer walks in / calls in an order...Using AI also so it's supposed to learn and improve as time goes on...They charge a monthly fee ($300-800) depending on the features you choose. Has AI answering option to automatically text customers to online ordering, which many of the newer POS have, but since I'm still on point of success might be a reasonable workaround.
 
I’ve heard of Swipeby but haven’t tried it myself yet. It sounds interesting, especially the AI features and the ability to avoid upcharges by setting your own prices. The monthly fee seems a bit steep, though, have you crunched the numbers to see if the extra orders it might generate would cover the cost?
