I see a lot of recipes for unusual toppings often with seasonal veggies, etc. Have you tried anything unusual with much success? Squash, pulled pork, pecans,,,etc
We did a Premium Hawaiian with pulled pork, bacon, Canadian bacon, ham and pineapple. Huge hit. We smoked our own pork butts. Also another huge hit was a coney dog pizza with coney sauce, mozzarella, and slices of hotdogs
Our brand is about the unusual, sweet potatoes, zucchini, apples, caramelized onions, salmon, oranges, sauerkraut, onion rings, potatoes, crab, broccoli, lobster, pulled pork, marshmallows, pumpkin, fudge, pickles, coleslaw and more. We usually service about 175-200 toppings, sauces, and cheeses at a time. We obviously don't consider ourselves to be fast food.
