We have a number of gourmet pizzas with yoghurt. These are added after they come out of the oven and after they are cut. We swirl the yoghurt around the topof the pizza. Adds a really nice taste sensation with our Tikka Chicken pizza or the minted yoghurt on the Morrocan Lamb with Cous Cous and the greek yoghurt on the Greek Seasoned Lamb, Zuchinni, Grilled Eggplant and Roasted Peppers pizza.When and how do you add the yogurt?
