West Coast Food Distributors

Hey all,

A friend of mine that has been in the pizza business on the east coast is moving to the west coast to look into opening his own shop. What west coast distributors are there? It would be in Oregon.

I use Food Services of America, and I believe they cover the entire state of Oregon. Of course, there’s always Sysco but I found they don’t really deliver everywhere if you’re located in the tullys. There are also a few smaller local companies in Washington who specialize in pizza and might deliver to Oregon including the Peterson Food Company (based in Auburn, WA) and Cheeseman (based in Everett, WA). They could also contact the Oregon Restaurant Association who would have a list of partner businesses.
