What is everyone paying for cheese?

I’ve been meaning to post this link regarding milk futures. According to this writer milk futures are eroding at a much faster pace than was expected. This could mean lower prices on the horizon. It’s the second article down on the site.

I was wondering if that price drop was a record,
"block cheese price on Oct. 23 showed the largest one-day decline of 21.25 cents since Dec. 13, 2004 when price fell 28 cents. This nearly matches another price decline of 21.50 cents on Oct. 18, 1996, when spot cheese trading only took place once a week. "

I am really hoping it stays or continues on it’s downward trend.

$3.07 diced Great Lakes cheddar blend
Both skyrocketed from $2.70 2 weeks ago

On the plus side flap meat is at 4.76 lb choice.
Chicken tenders are softening at $1.85 down from $2.65 over the summer

what do use the flap meat for ?
