Where do you find your managers?

Just fired our manager today (for too many reasons to even mention). What is the resource you have all used for finding good quality managers. Need to find someone fast since we don’t want to be working those LONG hours again.

In today’s employent environment in a major market like Houston, the first place I would try is Craigslist.

Thanks Bodega! Actually, that is exactly what we have used to hire our last couple of Asst. Managers. Just thought I would see if there was other great options out there. We are happy to report though that we posted the ad at noon today and have already received 20 resumes. Hopefully we will find our PERFECT candidate!

Sometimes you can find some real gems hanging out in the Home Depot parking lot. You just have to get there early.
