If our sales hold up, it looks like we are on track except the 15% net is a little bit of a stretch. I do get salary & hubby gets occassional draws. It sure is a fun and rewarding business but I am ready to move on to another adventure.

Our delivery minimum is $15, so yes we do deliver anything be it 8", salad, sandwiches, cheesecake, etc for as long as the minimun amount is met.

We get fresh romaine from our local growers and cut with knife. From our experience hydroponically grown lettuce doesn’t get that browning compared to the field grown ones. Perhaps your distributor changed their source?
