$350K asking price - Exit strategy?

Thanks for the input Patriot! If our sales hold up, it looks like we are on track except the 15% net is a little bit of a stretch. I do get salary & hubby gets occassional draws. It sure is a fun and rewarding business but I am ready to move on to another adventure. ~pieSlave

    Lettuce Woes...

We get fresh romaine from our local growers and cut with knife. From our experience hydroponically grown lettuce doesn’t get that browning compared to the field grown ones. Perhaps your distributor changed their source? ~pieslave

Hi All! Our 48" True salad prep table stopped working today. We’re looking at upgrading to a 72" since we’ve recently added sandwiches and wraps. The extra room would be so welcome. I didn’t realize how expensive they are. Looking around for used ones on ebay. If you come across one, I’d...

Re: What would you have done? ~Thank You! Thanks everyone for the great advise. I definitely need to learn to keep everything in the proper perspective. We spent so much money monthly for marketing its silly to lose my cool & a customer over a pie. So much to learn. Sure glad you guys & gals...

Hi all! We had a guy walk in tonight and ordered and paid for a 12" vegetarian pizza. About 5 minutes later cameback and wanted to cancel and get his money back because his friend already bought a pizza elsewhere. Problem was the pizza was already made and halfway thru the oven. I told him this...
