Crust Savers vs Ripple Boards

I have customers that call right away if the ripple board got missed. They claim the pizza crust is softer than is usually is.

What are ripple boards anyways?

Ripple boards and a grease proof fluted liner to place in the bottom of a pizza box. The theory is the flutes allow the steam from the bottom of the pizza to escape and keep a crisper crust.

And how much do they usually cost?
