Who's going to Pizza Expo in Vegas?

Wrap up time…

It was fun chatting with Tom Lehmann, Steve Coomes and others at the Beer & Bull session on Tuesday. Our Wurst Pizza Ever finished in 5th place in the Open II non-traditional division - we need to work on our presentation for next year. And I found a vegan cheese that melts and actually tastes good (as far a vegan cheese goes).

How did the show turn out for everyone else?

I had a great time at P.E. There were some great sessions and the expo floor had lots to do and see and eat. But I think the best thing about it was the Beer N Bull. I met some great folks there (although it was kind of hard to hear much of it over the side chatting going on). But that was ok.

It was a nice break away from the shop
