where are you located…?
I’m near Wash DC. Roma is my supplier and they have been agressive on pricing…but the best I can do right now
is 1.65 for 100% mozz loaf…I’d like to be more like a 1.50
Anyone here deliver a say 8" or 9" pizza for lunch? I have one available for carry-out…but I do not deliver it…
My idea is to package 4 together for say $20.00 then deliver it for lunch…people like their own box…the toppings of their choice etc…
Anyone chime in?

was on chat last night…I told you guys I was getting cheese for $56.50 case found out the previous week it was $58.00 but that
was an error as the distributor has an old school system …no computers…so when he told me it went down…to $66.50
knowing it was $58 I mis understood him to say $56.50...
I see then the capacity is there…however I don;t want to stand in front of the oven shuffling stuff around…too much training and work…conveyor is high capacity no babysitting…
but I am sure I would love the bake of that oven…
thanks for the reply…but I need to do 50 16inch pies in 15 minutes…without adding more labor …
the oven probably bakes a nice pizza but I need a conveyor type
Looking for more capacity and a distinctive bake…
energy costs are so high now…that new ovens really do pay for themselves…
I can add impingement no problem…there are lots of choices and even Middleby has a zero down
no interest 5 year lease…which is very attractive…
but I am leaning towards...
