Don’t use them but just wanted to bump your post because I know several folks here do.
I don’t use them now, but I’m planning to soon. I’ve heard good things. We’re lower volume than most here, but I still think the cost would be justified. And we would be the only one’s around here doing online ordering, so I hope that can become a niche for us.
Big holler does a good job, especially if you have it tied into your pos. We use Point of Success and it ties in nicely. It is inexpensive and the people have been very helpful to me so I would recommend it if it has the features you seek. We are a little different (we take orders for dine in, take out, and take & bake) and while it is not a perfect solution, it works very well for us.
