Well all the space youll save from not having 300+ leaning towers of pans around plus not having to wipe them out every night must be exciting. Hopefully it all goes to plan

Yes, we tried with the hex screens and the hearth baked disks. It looked similar to a deck pizza. It felt and tasted a lot different than our pizza though. I went in to the demo thinking and hoping that it would work, I really thought it would be nearly the same. We even had a few folks with us, none of us thought that it worked for our product.
That being said, I cant say enough good things about Edge as a company.
