Does anyone have a good recommendation for Iced-Tea? I currently use Gold Peak, which isn’t the best quality and would like to upgrade.

They’ll usually give you the brewing equipment if you buy the iced tea and coffee from them, sysco etc
Sweet Tea or northern tea?
For our Sweet Tea, We use a “Black Tea for sweetening” from Superior coffee that is very nice, it comes in a filter pack so that makes it easier.
For our unsweet tea, we use a loose tea in a tea brewing machine that is no cost for us to use.
Important info; Clean and sanitize your tea urns every day, I mean clean them thoroughly and sanitize them with a bleach or Quat solution (I prefer 200 ppm bleach solution) A simple half-assed wipe down will not cut it, disassemble the spigot too.
The reason I say this is that tea brewed onsite has been determined to be harboring a coliform bacteria when not properly brewed and the equipment is improperly sanitized
Also, Dump it after 8 hours,
