Thanks for the ideas. The Oxo scale won’t work as our Health Dept demands NSF for all equipment. I may convert measurements but our main scale still works with tenths of ounces. I guess I’ll keep my eyes open. I asked a number of sellers on ebay and they all said their scales only measure lbs. The search continues …
