I added toasted subs to my menu in September and it has been a huge hit. We serve them all with a bag of plain kettle chips, but I would like to give people other options and was thinking about a coleslaw or something. What do you guys offer with your subs?
All our sandwiches and subs come with your choice of our hand-cut fry, sweet potato fries, Pub chips (homemade potato chip) or can be upcharged for onion rings or salads.
Bean salad! Take green, garbonzo, kidney, and wax beans…add diced red onion, salt and pepper… mix in a really light italian dressing…or make your own…refer overnight and serve. Other than dicing the onions…everything is #10 cans and easy to make for the most part. Store in a drain type pan after the first night in the refer and mix before serving…should hold 3 days in the refer for use. Low overall cost.
