Foodtech Show on History Channel???

Hey did anybody catch the show Foodtech Thursday night on the History channel? It was kind of based around Domino’s which lost me at first but the last part really got my attention. The segment with Chef Santo Bruno from Marsal & Sons. I have to say I do like the layout of their ovens and the features that they offer. The big attraction was the finished product though. Dang that was a fine looking pie that came out in the end. It’s the finished product like that keeps decks alive I think. I am sure I will get plenty of comments about how close the new air’s come to this…but this is old school pizza at its best. I know it takes a bit more work… a higher level of trained employee… and your output will never be as high… but with a product like that… I don’t care. It’s good eating. Thank you Santo! :smiley:
